Ian Chisholm

Partner and co-owner

As a Partner and co-owner of Frazer Walker, Ian leads our Technology, Data and AI practices. He has a Masters in Cognitive Science and over 25 years’ operational and technology leadership experience primarily in the Insurance Sector including as CIO for IMA, the JV between IAG and RACV.

Nick Careless

Partner and founder

Nick is a Partner and founder of Frazer Walker, with international experience in the implementation of transformational change: Industry de-regulation, changes to business models and large scale system and process change.

Primarily working with senior executive teams, CEOs & CIOs to establish strategy and execute large programs of work that typically involve data transformation and significant technology components.

Matt Verity

Consulting Director

Matt combines his deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Data and Project Management, with experience working in both the Insurance, Health and Manufacturing sectors.
Matt leads Frazer Walker teams in the delivery of technology and data led transformational change.

Mark Partridge​

Principal Consultant

Mark combines his background in software development and automation, with strong data governance, data migration and program management skills. As a Principal at Frazer Walker, Mark leads our Data Projects and data and AI teams.

Chirak Syrett-Lay

Principal Consultant

With expertise across multiple industry sectors Chirak leads the Frazer Walker Insurance Practice. Chirak has been assisting our insurance sector clients to transform and digitise their business operations, select insurance technology platforms, design and implement Data Governance frameworks and innovate with Insuretech and AI services.

Samantha Crawford

Delivery Services

With a background in Project Management, Samantha is responsible for Delivery Services, providing support to all our consulting teams working with clients. Samantha is active in developing our teams as part of Frazer Walker’s growth including our expansion in Data and AI related services.
